CLIENT POLICY GUIDE
Booking & Payment
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your session. Sessions are between $300 and $350 for up to one hour of shooting.

Availability
Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday during the evening hours. Saturday sessions are available at sunrise or in the evening. Sessions are not offered on Sundays as Sundays are reserved for family and rest.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule one time with at least 7 days’ notice and a $25 rescheduling fee. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. If Sunnie Nichole Photography must cancel due to illness or weather, your deposit will transfer to a new date.

Late Arrivals
Session time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Arrivals over 20 minutes late may result in cancellation.

No-Call/No-Show Policy
If a client fails to show for a scheduled session without providing notice, the session will be considered forfeited. Future sessions may only be booked after full payment is received in advance, and repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings.

Turnaround Time
Fully edited galleries are delivered within one week of your session via an online gallery.

Gallery Access
Your gallery will remain active for three months. Please download and save your images promptly, as expired galleries may not be recoverable.

Editing & Image Use
All usable images are fully edited in my signature style. RAW images are not provided, and images may not be altered or edited in any way.

Printing Rights
You may print your images for personal use using any photo lab of your choice. Commercial use is not permitted without written permission.

Travel Fees
Travel beyond 20 miles may incur a fee starting at $25.

Client Conduct
Sessions require cooperation. Sunnie Nichole Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to uncooperative children or unsafe conditions. Sessions may be ended if inappropriate or unsafe behavior occurs.

Image Usage
Sunnie Nichole Photography may use images for portfolio and marketing unless the client opts out in writing prior to gallery delivery.

Liability & Refunds
Photographer’s liability for any claim arising from this agreement or photography services is limited exclusively to the return of monies actually paid by Client. Under no circumstances shall Photographer be liable for additional damages. No refunds shall be issued for dissatisfaction with style, poses, editing, or artistic judgment.
