Sunnie Nichole Photography Policies

Booking & Payment

A $75 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. Your session is not considered booked until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your session. Sessions range from $300–$350 and include up to one hour of shooting. Mini sessions range from $175-$200.

Availability

Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday during the evening hours. Saturday sessions are available at sunrise or in the evening. Sessions are not offered on Sundays, as Sundays are reserved for family and rest.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule one time with at least 7 days' notice and a $25 rescheduling fee.

If a client cancels their session, the retainer is non-refundable.

If Sunnie Nichole Photography must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions, all payments made will be transferred to a new mutually agreed-upon date.

Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions are weather dependent. The decision to reschedule due to weather is at the photographer's discretion. Light cloud cover is not considered grounds for rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

Session time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation of the session without refund.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

If a client fails to arrive for their scheduled session without prior communication, the session will be considered forfeited. Future sessions may require payment in full at the time of booking, and repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Turnaround Time

Fully edited galleries are delivered within 7–14 business days via an online gallery.

Gallery Access

Your gallery will remain active for three months. Please download and save your images promptly, as expired galleries may not be recoverable.

Artistic Style & Editing

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with Sunnie Nichole Photography's portfolio and signature editing style.

All usable images are professionally edited in my signature style. RAW or unedited images are never provided, and images may not be altered, re-edited, or filtered in any way.

Printing Rights & Copyright

You may print your images for personal use using any professional photo lab of your choice.

Sunnie Nichole Photography retains the copyright to all images. Images may not be sold, entered into contests, published, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Travel Fees

Travel beyond 20 miles may incur a fee beginning at $25.

Client Conduct

Sessions require the cooperation of all participants. While every effort will be made to capture a complete gallery, Sunnie Nichole Photography is not responsible for missed images due to uncooperative children, late arrivals, weather changes, or unsafe conditions.

The photographer reserves the right to end a session immediately if inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behavior occurs. No refunds will be issued.

Image Usage

Sunnie Nichole Photography may use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or other marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to gallery delivery.

Liability & Refunds

Every reasonable effort will be made to provide high-quality photography services and preserve your images.

In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, equipment failure, image loss, severe weather, or circumstances beyond the photographer's control, liability is limited solely to the amount paid by the Client.

Photography is a custom artistic service. No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with poses, expressions, editing style, artistic judgment, lighting, or other creative decisions after the session has taken place.
